Esto se hace eliminando plantas invasoras y adoptando otras medidas. Estas turberas son importantes para la biodiversidad, proporcionan agua limpia y almacenan carbono. Este proyecto se centra en el mantenimiento continuo de estas zonas para que puedan seguir recuper\u00e1ndose adecuadamente. Con nuestra donaci\u00f3n, las personas voluntarias pueden ayudar con el mantenimiento, en beneficio de la naturaleza. Graminhais, en S\u00e3o Miguel, estaban sufriendo una disminuci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad debido a las plantas invasoras y a las zanjas de drenaje descuidadas. Por ello, se est\u00e1 trabajando para eliminar estas especies invasoras y restaurar el drenaje para mantener las turberas. Esto contribuye a un ecosistema saludable y mejora los beneficios para la comunidad local. A medida que el ecosistema se recupera, aumentar\u00e1 el impacto positivo en la comunidad.
